- Must be 21 years or older to make a reservation.
SML Boat Rentals has a strict NO PET policy. This is to help maintain the cleanliness of the boats for all our renters as it is very difficult to remove pet hair from the boats.
- No grills of any type are allowed to be used or transported on our boats.
- Cancellations must be made by phone only, no text messages or emails please. If you call and cancel 48 hours or more prior to your reservation you will be refunded all but $25.00 of your payment plus booking fees. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 48 hours of the start of the reservation.
- There is no refund for bad weather or early returns.
*All drivers must be 18 years or older. If they are 18- 20 years old they must have the responsible party with them while they operate the boat at all times and must have a valid driver’s license.*
The designated driver (s) will need to have a NASBLA or COAST GUARD boating license to waive the Safety Video. This license will need to be seen in the rental office at the time of pick up. Should the driver(s) not have a license, they must watch the Safety Video. This can be done from our website or in our office. If the video is watched online there is an online test that must be taken (also on the website). Please print the certificate from the test or have it available on your phone for us to view when you come in to the rental office. To receive a certificate, you must achieve 92% or higher on the test.
- Fuel is at your expense and boats will be refilled at the time of return.
